Quiana is an Afro-Latina global citizen and DEI-B advocate with roots in Spanish Harlem NYC. With an educational background in Anthro/Bio/Chemistry from CUNY she approaches technology from a human-centric lens and uses a research approach to business. She applies her passion for Human-Computer interaction and global curiosity to serve users worldwide as a Product Manager at Red Hat/IBM for the Container Registry Quay.  She is a community builder who co-leads various local NYC community initiatives while consulting internal and external diversity groups, mentoring diverse tech talent, and sharing resources and knowledge to empower 100's of current/prospective BIPOC professionals to enter tech and do impactful work in the field while prioritizing their mental health.
