The pains of hiring and retaining technical talent within the government market isn’t going away — they are merely shifting — as we move from the “great resignation” toward another round of “great rebalancing”. None of this will ease the shortage of professionals with cloud native skills like Kubernetes and DevOps. The core challenges remain: hiring managers within government agencies need verified ways to identify people with the right skills and technical professionals want to help our local, state, and federal agencies meet and exceed the technical capabilities needed today.
